Main day meals
SALSA: This week you’re going to be using the Salsa you prepped on your Main Day in a few different ways! You’ll add cucumbers for a Mediterranean flare and you’ll add corn later in the week to change it into a delicious Corn Salsa. Each time you serve, remember to add a bit of salt.
