Welcome to another beautiful week of Main Day Meals! The Kofta Kebabs you prep this week on your Main Day are (seriously) going to knock your socks off. If you have an ice scream scoop, the meatballs will come together quicker than hand forming the kebabs, so choose your weapon!
STAPLES: Donβt forget to keep an eye on your pantry staples! When you run low, always add your items to your shopping list for the week so you never run out.
BUSY THIS WEEK?: Use canned corn instead of cutting it off the cob on your Main Day. You can buy cauliflower and sweet potato fresh already chopped (but is a bit more expensive).
