- In a large skillet, heat the black beans. Add the chipotles and adobo to the beans and then the sweet potato. Taste and season with salt. Remove from the heat after heated through.
- To your bowls, portion out and add the chopped romaine lettuce. Add the black bean and sweet potato mixture, the remaining Corn salsa, cilantro, and Green onions. Serve with tortilla chips and top with the Creamy Basil Dressing.
