- In the microwave, cover the Kofta Kebabs with a wet paper towel and heat until they’re hot.
- While cooking, heat the tortillas for about 30 seconds on both sides over high heat. Stack on a plate and cover with a dish cloth to keep warm.
- In the microwave, cover the leftover rice with a wet paper towel and also heat until hot.
- Once everything’s heated, on each plate add two tortillas and top with the Kofta Kebabs, a bit of Salsa, Cucumbers, Parsley, and Green onions. Drizzle with Creamy Basil Dressing. Serve the tacos with rice on the side, topped with pomegranate seeds and Green onions.
