Main day meals
VEGETABLE STOCK: Have a little extra time and have veggie scraps in your freezer? Make a quick stock (just throw the scraps in a pot of water with salt and pepper and simmer for about 20-25 minutes), to make your Salsa Verde Chicken Pazole even better!
SUBSTITUTIONS: Don’t like fish? Butterfly chicken breasts into halves so it’s thin and increase the cook time about 5 minutes (or until it’s 165 degrees F) for the En Papillote dish.
