Instructions
- On a cutting board, either shred with a fork or dice all of the remaining chicken. Set aside 1/2 to 1/3 of the chicken for the Salsa Verde Chicken Pazole.
- Mix in Teriyaki Sauce to taste into the remaining chicken in a small bowl.
- Peel the mandarin oranges and separate into segments.
- Chop up all of the romaine lettuce.
- In each bowl, add the chopped romaine lettuce, Shredded Red Cabbage, Cilantro and Green onions. Add the julienned carrots, mandarin oranges, chow mein noodles, cashews, and shredded chicken. Top with 2/3 of the Peanut Dressing and serve.
