- In a large pot over medium high heat, add the salsa verde, shredded chicken, corn, hominy, Salsa Verde Chicken Pazole Veggies and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Bring the soup to a simmer and turn down heat so it simmers gently. Cover and stir every 5 minutes. Continue to cook for 20-25 minutes. Taste and add salt if needed.
- Ladle into bowls and top with avocado, hot sauce, Cilantro, Green onions, and lime juice. Serve with tortilla chips.
