Main day meals

TIPS FOR SUCCESSFUL MAIN DAY MEALS: Day 1 is going to take the most time, but set yourself up for success by cutting/shredding chicken for the rest of the two meals you’ll use the chicken in! Give yourself enough time to put the chicken in the oven, set a timer, and you’re smooth sailing for Day 1’s chicken (the cook time is what takes so long).
