DON’T WANT TO FRY THE CHICKEN KATSU?: NBD! Put the breaded chicken pieces on a wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees F for about 25–30 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
