- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat the chicken katsu for about 15 minutes. While cooking, heat the rice in the microwave with a damp paper towel.
- Serve the chicken over the rice and Kale Chips, and top with avocado, cucumber, Green onions, Cilantro, and sesame seeds. Drizzle with Chili Lime Dressing.
