  1. In a large blender, combine the roasted red pepper, almonds, sun dried tomatoes, garlic, red wine vinegar, smoked paprika, kosher salt, cayenne pepper, and olive oil. Blend together and scrape down the sides. Blend until fairly smooth. Taste and season with more salt if needed. Put in a container, cover, and refrigerate.
