Week 4

Well well well. Look at you—just killin’ the dinner game and making the whole crew happy! This week, you’re going to enjoy some lovely meals with Indian flavors in the chicken marinade and Mint Chutney.

ROASTING AWAY: You’ll start Main Day by roasting some veggies you’ll use this week. We’ve found that veggies in the oven actually don’t need to be flipped, so let them roast away while you’re continuing to Main Day Prep. Keep an eye on the onions as those cook a bit faster and you might need to remove them earlier.

TOP CHEF: As THE top chef in your home, don’t forget you have the final say with ingredients and recipes! While we encourage you to try new things, if you know you hate something like cilantro, go ahead and make that substitution when ordering your groceries! We guarantee it will be just as delicious—so focus on making yourself (and your fam) happy with those tweaks.
