Slow. Claps. For. You! You’re gettin’ the hang of this thing and dinner has never looked better! Always spend 5 minutes checking out the recipes for both your Main Day prep and meals for the week so you know what’s coming up and can plan accordingly.
KNIFE SHARPENING: This week is chopped (literally) full of veggies, so get that knife sharp and ready for your Main Day prep! Never sharpened your knife or need a refresher? Watch this video (start at :20) and get that thang sharp because a sharp knife is actually less dangerous.
SHORT ON TIME?: Skip making your vegetable stock for the Lemony Garbonzo and Cannellini Bean Soup and buy it instead.
