We see you! You’re doing great. You’ve got a chill week of Main Day Prep ahead of you, made all the more exciting by the delicious meals you’re going to have that infuse all the best flavors from Chinese, Italian, and Argentinian foods! Hold on to your boot straps (and your taste buds)!

MAIN DAYIN’: Have you decided your optimal day for doing your Main Day prep for the week? Getting in the habit of prepping the same day and time(ish) is gonna be the way to go! Make sure you leave yourself some time between Main Day Prep and a Main Day Meal if you’re doing them the same day.

STAPLES: Don’t forget to stock up on your pantry staples so you’re always ready to go when it’s time to get serious! Get ready and add them to your shopping list when you’re running low.
