Get pumped! Your FIRST week of flawless meals that YOU cooked and executed brilliantly are right around the corner.
YOUR WEEKLY PLAN: Decide what day you’d like to do your Main Day Prep to get ready for the week, and pickup or order groceries from the Shopping List for either the day before or the morning of. We often like to unload our groceries straight onto the counter and get to preppin’, but you do you. After your Main Day, you’re ready to either begin cooking your Main Day Meals that night or you’re ready for the next day!
HELPING HANDS: Main Day Prep is a great time to involve your kids or spouse! Have them help you assemble ingredients, mix together ingredients, and clean up. We also like to have them mix up our sauces or spice mixtures while we chop to make faster work of your Main Day.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Don’t like green beans? Substitute a veggie you like instead! Can’t eat pork or shrimp? Chicken is great, too!
