  1. In a jar or bowl, add the tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt and water. Add the minced garlic and shake or stir together. Add more water if too thick. Taste and add more salt or maple syrup if needed.
  2. Store in the mason jar or a tight fitting container. Set aside.
