  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Cover a sheet pan with parchment paper. Dice the bread into small squares and lay (not crowding them) onto the sheet pan. Spritz with the olive oil spray, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir on the pan to make sure both sides coated, spraying more olive oil as needed.
  3. Put in the oven and toast for 6-10 minutes (check on it every few minutes after 6 minutes).
  4. Remove croutons and let cool. Put in a baggy (no need to refrigerate).
