Instructions
- After removing the ends, take the onions and dice it. Put in a large baggy.
- Remove the ends, and finely dice the carrots before adding to the same bag.
- Take the celery, cut off the end, and finely dice it. Add to the same bag.
- Dice the red peppers, removing the seeds, stem, and pith. Put in a different baggy before refrigerating.
