  1. Pick out your storage container for the kebabs and cut a few pieces of parchment paper that you can use in between them so they won’t stick together.
  2. Add all the spices, parsley, onion, and garlic to a bowl and mix together. Add the ground meat and mix together until just combined (don’t over mix, that will make them tough).
  3. Form the ground meat into either kebab shapes (like this) by making longer log shapes roughly equally sized (you will want at least 24), or into meatballs (you can use a 1/4 cup scoop for the meatballs).
  4. Lay them in one layer into your storage container, placing a piece of parchment paper between each layer when stacking. Cover and refrigerate.
