Instructions
- Pick out your storage container for the kebabs and cut a few pieces of parchment paper that you can use in between them so they won’t stick together.
- Add all the spices, parsley, onion, and garlic to a bowl and mix together. Add the ground meat and mix together until just combined (don’t over mix, that will make them tough).
- Form the ground meat into either kebab shapes (like this) by making longer log shapes roughly equally sized (you will want at least 24), or into meatballs (you can use a 1/4 cup scoop for the meatballs).
- Lay them in one layer into your storage container, placing a piece of parchment paper between each layer when stacking. Cover and refrigerate.
