  1. OMIT if you don’t have an Instant Pot/will cook your Lemon Paprika Chicken and Vegetables in the oven.
  2. Preheat the oven (or toaster oven) to 400°F.
  3. Peel the loose paper off the garlic and slice off the top 1/2" of the whole head of garlic (enough to expose the tops of the garlic). Place garlic on a sheet of foil and drizzle the cloves with olive oil. Season with a sprinkle of salt. Wrap the foil around the garlic loosely, then place the garlic on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 35 – 45 minutes.
  4. Set a timer for 35 minutes and continue with Main Day Prep! Check on it about every 5 minutes past 35 minutes. When ready, cloves should be lightly browned and a fork should insert easily into the cloves.
  5. Once cooled, remove garlic from the paper cloves by squeezing the bottom at the root end of the head. The cloves will squeeze or pop out of the skins. Put in a small container. Store in fridge.
