  1. Preheat the oven to the temperature on the directions of the pizza crusts.
  2. On two round or rectangular sheet pans, add parchment paper for easy clean up OR use two pizza stones. Set your pizza crusts on them, and add as much tomato/pizza sauce to them as you like. Add the shredded Indian Spiced Chicken, Pizza Veggies (peppers and red onion), and feta cheese.
  3. Place in the oven, cooking according to the instructions (most likely you should just put it on the racks without the sheet pans). Remove from the oven after the prescribed time (usually 8-12 minutes).
  4. Top with Cilantro, drizzle with Mint Chutney, and slice. Serve with arugula on the side and a drizzle of Mint Chutney on top of the arugula.
