  1. In a gallon baggy, add the coconut milk and honey to the bag, followed by the all the spices: garam masala, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, tumeric, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper. Mix together well and add the chicken. Seal and squish the marinade over all the chicken.
  2. Place in a bowl to avoid drips. Refrigerate.
