- In a gallon baggy, add the coconut milk and honey to the bag, followed by the all the spices: garam masala, chili powder, garlic powder, cumin, salt, tumeric, ground ginger, and cayenne pepper. Mix together well and add the chicken. Seal and squish the marinade over all the chicken.
- Place in a bowl to avoid drips. Refrigerate.
