Instructions
- In a food processor, add the tahini, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, kosher salt, and 1/4 cup of water. Pulse and pureé, scraping down the sides. If too thick, add up to 1/4 cup more water until it’s thinned out. Put in a mason jar or small container, cover, and refrigerate. Thin out as needed with a touch of water before serving.
