Instructions
- Combine garlic, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, dijon mustard and kosher salt in a jar or large glass measuring cup. Whisk in olive oil, then season with black pepper and more salt to taste. Refrigerate when finished.
- After cutting snap peas, put in a small container before refrigerating. Put thinly cut radishes in water, making sure theyβre well covered, before refrigerating.
