Instructions
- Check the noodle packaging and soak as needed.
- Bring a large pot of water to boil before adding the noodles and cooking according to the instructions (4-5 minutes for pad thai noodles). Drain and rinse with cold water for the salad.
- On a cutting board, roughly chop your romaine heads after discarding the top 1/2 inch and bottoms. Also roughly chop your basil and slice your jalapeño if using. Cut your leftover steak into chunks if you like.
- In each bowl, add a bed of romaine lettuce. Top with rice noodles, Sesame Cucumber and Carrot Salad, chunked steak, Green onions, Cilantro and mint, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, basil, and peanuts. Serve with the lime and Thai Beef Dressing.
