Instructions
- Dice the yellow onions and red peppers.
- Heat a large skillet with olive oil over medium high heat. Add the diced onions and red peppers and cook, stirring occasionally, for 6-8 minutes, until softened. After a few minutes, add the jalapeños, and finish cooking.
- Let cool, put in a small container, and refrigerate.
