Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium high heat, heat the apple cider vinegar, water, fine salt, and honey. Heat until simmering.
- In a small bowl or large mason jar, add the sliced red onion. Cover the red onion with the hot liquid. Stir or cover/shake so the onions are well covered. Let cool a bit before refrigerating (make sure onions are completely submerged).
