Main day meals
A reminder to give yourself enough time if you donβt have an Instant Pot to cook the ribs in the oven! The other meals come together pretty quickly otherwise. :)
SALT BEFORE SERVING: Make sure each time you serve the Tomato Salad, you salt it on each plate to really bring it to life (salting ahead of time draws out moisture so this helps keep it fresher longer).
