Week 6
You’re doing an AMAZING job—we can just sense these things. This week, you’re in for a real treat. This was one of the first meal plans we ever conceptualized, and it’s still one of our favorites and we think it’ll be yours, too.
HELPING HANDS: Main Day Prep is a great time to involve your kids or spouse! Have them help you assemble ingredients, mix together ingredients, and clean up. We also like to have them mix up our sauces or spice mixtures while we chop to make faster work of your Main Day.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Use chicken instead of pork if you can’t eat pork! It will be just as delightful.
