  1. Slice the washed broccoli where the florets meet the base and cut off as much as you like of the broccoli florets’ stems. Cut florets and the stems (if you like them) medium-sized.
  2. Put half of the florets in a gallon sized baggy for the Sriracha Chicken Sheet Pan and set aside. Put the other half in a container or baggy, and refrigerate.
  1. Medium dice two of the peppers. Place diced peppers in the baggy for Sriracha Chicken Sheet Pan and refrigerate.
  2. To the last pepper, thinly slice into strips, put in a baggy, and refrigerate.
