- While the bacon is cooking, line another sheet pan with parchment paper. Dice up the croissants and put on the parchment paper. Spray with avocado oil spray and kosher salt and pepper. Toss well.
- Put in the oven and toast for about 5 minutes. Remove (they will harden as they sit). Continue with your Main Day and place in a baggy once cooled.
