Instructions
- Put the palm of your non-cutting hand on the top of the breast. Using your best judgement, insert a very sharp knife about halfway horizontally into the breast and slowly slice through the breast until youβve halved it. Do the same for all the breasts.
- Store in an airtight baggie (seriously, squeeze all the air out) and place in a bowl to prevent leaks in the refrigerator.
