Instructions

  1. In the microwave, heat up the chicken breasts.
  2. While cooking, toast the hamburger buns in a large skillet or in a toaster. Add Lemon Honey Dressing and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix well. Taste and season with kosher salt and pepper as needed.
  3. On each bun, smear each side with the Lemon Honey mayo. Add the chicken breast and top with lettuce pieces, Red onion, and Cilantro.
  4. Serve each burger with the remaining slaw, mixing the cucumbers into the slaw.
