Instructions
- In the microwave, heat up the chicken breasts.
- While cooking, toast the hamburger buns in a large skillet or in a toaster. Add Lemon Honey Dressing and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix well. Taste and season with kosher salt and pepper as needed.
- On each bun, smear each side with the Lemon Honey mayo. Add the chicken breast and top with lettuce pieces, Red onion, and Cilantro.
- Serve each burger with the remaining slaw, mixing the cucumbers into the slaw.
