  1. in a small bowl, combine the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, dijon mustard, honey, oregano, and salt. Whisk together.
  2. Open a large baggy for the raw cut chicken. On a cutting board, dice/chunk the chicken into about 2 inch pieces. Place in the big baggy. Once you’ve finished adding the chicken, add the marinade ONLY if cooking within the next 24 hours (add it later if not) and cover the chicken well. Seal tightly, place in a bowl to avoid leaks, and refrigerate.
