  1. Remove the big stems from the kale after washing. Chop well and put in a gallon sized baggy.
  2. Finely dice the jalapeños and put in a small container before refrigerating.
  3. After removing the ends, dice an onion and place in a baggy.
  4. Cut off the bottom 1/2” of the washed green onions by the white roots. Slice the rest of the stalks into thin pieces, put in a baggy, and refrigerate.
