- In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, maple syrup, rice vinegar, garlic, sriracha, sesame oil, and ground ginger. Take a bit of the liquid into a small bowl and whisk in the cornstarch, stirring until there are no more clumps. Combine into the other bowl. Put in a smaller jar/bowl if needed, cover, and stir.
