Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Remove the packaging from the tofu and put on a plate with a paper towel. Dry as best you can. Put in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Remove from the microwave and let cool for a few minutes.
- Dice the tofu into small cubes. Spread parchment paper onto a large sheet pan. Spread the tofu on the sheet pan and cook for about 20 minutes until lightly browned. Continue with the Main Day while cooking.
- Once cooked, remove and let cool before refrigerating.
