Instructions
- Chop the ends off the carrots. Dice half of the carrots and place in a baggy for the Beef Ragu.
- Take one yellow onion and dice it. Put in the same baggy.
- Take half the celery and dice it. Place it in the Beef Ragu bag and refrigerate.
- To the rest of the carrots, celery, and the onion, dice and place in a baggy for the Beef Stew.
- Take your bunch of washed cilantro and chop off the stems. Rough chop the parsley leaves and store in a container or baggy before refrigerating.
