  1. Bring a pot of water to boil. Once boiling, lower the eggs into the water and cook for 7 minutes. If you want them hardboiled, cook for 10 minutes total.
  2. While cooking, add ice to a large bowl of water.
  3. Once cooked, remove/drain the eggs and add immediately to the bowl of iced water.
