  1. To the peppers, cut off the four sides, working your way around the top steam and inner seeds. Slice into strips. Rotate the peppers and dice the peppers. Add to a baggy before refrigerating.

  4. Take your bunch of washed parsley and chop off the stems. Rough chop the parsley leaves and store in a container or baggy before refrigerating.
