- In a large gallon sized baggy, combine the lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, cumin, paprika, coriander, tumeric, salt, and pepper in a baggy. Once well mixed, add the chicken thighs and coat well. Seal baggy and place in a bowl to avoid leaks. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before cooking.
