- Large dice 5-7 carrots. Remove about 1/3 and chop finer (for the Fried Rice). Place the finely diced carrots in a baggy.
- Dice the celery. Put about 1/3 in the baggy for the Fried Rice. Put the rest of the carrots and celery into another baggy for the Buffalo Chicken Salad.
