  1. In a medium sized bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, and honey. Stir together. Halve the grape tomatoes, finely slice the red onion, and mince the garlic and add to the bowl, stirring to combine. You will salt it and add herbs before serving. Put into the smallest container it will fit in, and refrigerate.
Garnishes
  1. Dice the remainder of the red onion and place in a small baggy or container before refrigerating.
  2. Roughly chop all of the basil and place in a small baggy or container before refrigerating.
  3. Cut off the majority of the stems of the cilantro, and roughly chop the leaves and place in a small baggy or container before refrigerating.
  4. Cut off the bottom 1/2” of the washed green onions by the white roots. Slice the rest of the stalks into thin pieces, place in a small baggy, and refrigerate.
