  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Cover a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Spray each side of the pitas with olive oil spray and sprinkle with some kosher salt. Cut your pita bread in half, and then into triangles (note, if your pita has “pockets” they will separate when you cut. These will take less time to cook so keep an eye on them).
  3. Put in the oven. Remove after they are golden brown, 6-10 minutes. While cooking, continue to the next step (keep the oven on for the next step.)
