  1. On the cutting board, cut the pork into about 2” (large) chunks. Add the pork to a gallon bag and add 1/3 of the Sriracha Citrus Dressing and seal the bag. Squish the bag to ensure marinade covers all of the pork.
  2. Put the gallon bag in a large bowl to avoid leaks and store in the refrigerator.
