  1. Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat.
  2. Slice the halloumi cheese into long fries. Add the halloumi to the hot pan (no oil) and let sit for a few minutes until browned on one side. Using tongs, rotate the cheese and let sit for a few minutes until also browned. Continue to rotate until all the sides are browned.
  3. Separate the arugula between all the bowls. Add the browned halloumi, dried cherries, pecans, basil, Sweet Peach Salsa, and diced avocado. Serve with Sriracha Citrus Dressing and Green onions.
