Instructions
- Heat a medium sized skillet over medium heat.
- Slice the halloumi cheese into long fries. Add the halloumi to the hot pan (no oil) and let sit for a few minutes until browned on one side. Using tongs, rotate the cheese and let sit for a few minutes until also browned. Continue to rotate until all the sides are browned.
- Separate the arugula between all the bowls. Add the browned halloumi, dried cherries, pecans, basil, Sweet Peach Salsa, and diced avocado. Serve with Sriracha Citrus Dressing and Green onions.
