  1. Heat up Carnitas and leftover black beans in the microwave if you would like it warm over your salad. Put a damp paper towel over top to keep them moist.
  2. While cooking, chop up all of the romaine lettuce. Reserve a 1/3 of the lettuce for the Carnitas Crunchwrap.
  3. Add the lettuce to your plates/bowls and top with Carnitas, black beans, Sweet Peach Salsa, Cilantro, a drizzle of Chipotle Sauce, and Green onions. Serve with Sriracha Citrus Dressing and tostada chips on the side.
