Instant Pot:
  1. In the microwave, heat up the rice, pork, and cooked peppers until hot.
  2. While cooking, in a large skillet over high heat, heat the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side. Add to a plate with a dish towel, and cover them so they stay warm. In a bowl, mash the avocados and add lime juice and kosher salt, mixing together.
  3. For each burrito, (do it assembly line so you can make them quickly) to each tortilla, add BBQ Sauce to the bottom, and top with rice, pork, sliced peppers, pineapple chunks, Cilantro, and the guacamole.
  4. Wrap the tortillas into a burrito (skip to :11 and watch this video if you need help wrapping) and wrap in aluminum foil if you want to keep the burrito tight. Serve immediately.
