- If you bought zucchinis, use your spiralizer to make the zucchini noodles. We like to leave them raw, but if you like, you can put them in a large skillet and cook for a few minutes until softened.
- Chop up the chicken.
- To each bowl, add the zucchini noodles, slaw, and chopped chicken. Top with the peanuts, Cilantro, and Green onions and drizzle with Peanut Dressing.
