Instructions

  1. In a large skillet or grill pan, cook the bratwursts over medium high heat for about 10 minutes, spinning every few minutes, until cooked through. Remove from the heat.
  2. While cooking, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, and cayenne pepper to a large bowl. Mix together well. Add the Red Cabbage, Cilantro, edamame and Green onions.
  3. Add the hotdog buns to the grill if you like to warm them up.
  4. Add the corn to the remaining Peach Salsa. Add kosher salt and pepper to taste.
  5. To serve, top each bratwurst in the hotdog buns with the Peach Salsa. Drizzle with BBQ Sauce and serve with slaw on the side.
