
Grilled Brats with Peach Corn Salsa

Instructions
- In a large skillet or grill pan, cook the bratwursts over medium high heat for about 10 minutes, spinning every few minutes, until cooked through. Remove from the heat.
- While cooking, add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, garlic, and cayenne pepper to a large bowl. Mix together well. Add the Red Cabbage, Cilantro, edamame and Green onions.
- Add the hotdog buns to the grill if you like to warm them up.
- Add the corn to the remaining Peach Salsa. Add kosher salt and pepper to taste.
- To serve, top each bratwurst in the hotdog buns with the Peach Salsa. Drizzle with BBQ Sauce and serve with slaw on the side.
